The house was perfect for our stay! Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The patio and heated pool were amazing! A mile from the beach, restaurants and stores, Publix, Trader Joe’s and Target conveniently located! Will definitely return when visiting our family in Jacksonville!

Stunning property with lots of amenities

We love the cozy beach bungalow and our favorite spot was hanging out on the covered porch with lots of seating to relax. The games were a nice touch to add a little fun to our stay at this beautiful property.

Perfect location, pleasant accommodation

This was a terrific property. The place was clean, had everything needed for our stay. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed spending time exploring the area beaches, playground and shopping all nearby.

Awesome time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the bungalow and do plan to return. Everything was just as presented and the neighborhood was great. We had no issues and are looking forward to our return trip.

Great place to stay-

This house was perfect for us. We were in town to celebrate our son’s recent engagement. House was centrally located and had everything we needed for our stay. Being pet friendly was an added bonus. Look forward to the next time we will be in town so that we can stay here again.

This place is great! Situated in a quiet little neighborhood, with modern decor and a comfortable feel. Amenities were beyond our expectations… we had everything we could possibly need for a great vacation. Loved the big porch area in the back!

Perfect Stay-Cation

Our family had an amazing Stay-cation as live in the area. The house was everything we thought it would be and more. The communication with the property manager was excellent, and we had everything we needed. The house is so warm and cozy. We will be renting again!

Great property, location. Simple check in/out. Had an incident with group of spring breakers staying in the property behind us. Threatened our kids over the fence within the first hour of arriving. Other than that, had a nice stay.

Beautiful home and amazing location!

We rented this home to accommodate my family who was visiting from out of town. This slice of paradise we just perfect. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. The backyard, which includes a spacious deck and pool area was comfortable and inviting. We were steps from a wonderful park and very close to the beach and all that it has to offer. I would definitely recommend this beach bungalow to anyone looking to stay in the Jax Beach area. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful - inside & out

This was a wonderful place to stay. The inside of the house is peacefully decorated with hints of the beach, but not overdone. And the backyard is like a mini-resort. A comfy sitting area, dining table and comfy couch are all on the beautiful porch, while the gorgeous pool has lovely lounge chairs on one end and Adirondack chairs on the other. The pool was heated to perfection for the chilly nights we experienced. And it was pet-friendly. What more could you ask for?
