The property was clean and maintained well. It had every amenity that you could think of as a home away from home. The friendly hosts/property management answered any questions we had within minutes. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place - will stay again

This is a wonderful property in a great location. It is a quieter area of Jacksonville which we enjoyed. Close to restaurants and just a few minute walk to the beach. The home is stocked with everything that we needed and was very comfortable for our group. We enjoyed having plenty of space to be comfortable and each room has a private bathroom. Well appointed and very clean. We will stay here again.

Great location. Well maintained and well stocked kitchen. Beds very comfortable. Wish there was more seating in family room. House slept 6-8 but only had seating for four in family room. We would stay again.

Perfect for a Beach Getaway

Great location just a short walk to the beach. Very nice house in a very nice neighborhood, with nice amenities that add to the comfort in the home. Perfect layout for three couples; each of the three bedrooms with its own private bath, and comfortable living space and kitchen. The hosts, Andrew and Melody, were very helpful prior to check-in and during our stay. We highly recommend selection of this property for your next stay in JAX Beach area.

Quiet Beach Neighborhood

The location is great. Quiet Neighborhood a few small blocks from the beach. 1 mile from Publix and Target. Excellent AC and hot water. Three floors, so lots of stairs, but that’s typical for JAX Beach. Parking for three cars. Great value.

Great Property

Excellent location. Just a quick walk to the beach. The house was clean, felt brand new, and spacious for the four of us. It’s was a nice surprise to see a cart, chairs, and toys for the beach for us to use. Neighbors were good, very quiet at night. Plan to rebook this property in the future!
