June vacation
The area in and around the home was not very nice. Also, very noisy with the helicopters from the Navel base. The pool was nice, the beds were comfortable. Two of the Tv's (living room & one bedroom) were on antenna and did not have a good signal. Limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Also found a roach on kitchen counter.

Family Vacation House
Our family enjoyed this vacation house. The location was close to beaches, activities, and local restaurants. Check-in process was not as smooth as other houses we've stayed. The door would not open with the code so we had to call and was given the code for the key lockbox. Once inside, the house was clean and fully equipped with eveything needed for our stay including beach chairs for days at the beach. The beds were comfy. Pool towels were provided by the back door going out to the pool. The pool was a nice size and had balls and floats for the kiddos. The DVD player was unable to be used since there was no cord to plug into the TV. We had an awkward encounter with the neighbors. Upon returning after a long day at the beach, we pulled into the driveway to see neighbors trying to go into the locked fence for a swim in the pool. They asked if we were staying there and then went back to their house. Awkward moment for sure. Overall we enjoyed the house and would look at staying again.
