In the beginning of our stay at Home 2 Suites in Jacksonville, NC our stay was almost perfect and excellent with their hospitality very helpful and nice staff . But in the end of our departure (which we stay there for almost a month )it was not that great in particular a woman name Paula the manager and Kimmy was trying to get over with trying to over price me at the hotel and the staff of Brent, Syretta , and the guys that work there(maintenance) was very accommodating to me and very helpful I'm fixing things. Far as the amenities at the hotel and a somewhat heated pool (even though it could have been a lot hotter 78 degrees hot) was good and the 24 hour fitness center is good. The free Gourmet breakfast they have is amazing. despite the hiccup I had there at this hotel I definitely plan to go back to the hotel in the future. he

Welcoming professional staff. Kimmie, Paula and Stan were wonderful, as was the women managing breakfast but unfortunately I don't know her name. The hotel is comfortable well maintained and easily became home for our 4 night stay. Grounds were well maintained and felt safe. Yes, we'll be back.
