Beautiful new hotel and great amenities, very convenient for Mayo patients. Unfortunately, staff is not vacuuming hallways (not once in a m-f stay), and the landscaping is not being maintained to a good standard. All shrubbery and trees need to have dried/dead limbs and branches removed. Dead shrubbery needs to be replaced, planters and beds need to be weeded. Again, not once in a m-f stay did I see any landscape maintenance or watering/sprinklers being performed. It’s a shame because the landscape architecture is a good one but, management and staff are not doing the Hilton name any justice. Maintenance and upkeep are not consistent with what we experienced with the Mayo grounds…
