This is a cute home but there are definitely some areas for improvement. The first being the HVAC unit is only on the top floor (the home is three levels). When we turned on the heat, the top floor would get extremely hot but the other two floors would still be very cold. I’m not sure what this looks like in the summer but something to keep in mind. There is no circulation of heat or air. Secondly, if you are traveling with littles, there are no blinds on any of the windows. This makes nap times and just generally sleeping very difficult. It’s incredibly bright in the bedrooms as soon as the sun comes up, and there are bright street lights that shine into the bedrooms all night long. Third, there is one shower on the top floor in the master bedroom and one shower on the very bottom floor in the bedroom down there (again, the home is three levels). If you are traveling with a group then prepare to share the shower in the master bedroom or your friends can go down to the bottom floor to shower. Also, if you have littles, the bath tub is on the bottom floor only. A minor thing is that the home is stocked with k cups for use…but the keurig pictured does not actually work. The ice machine attached to the refrigerator also does not work. Overall it was a fine place to stay. There were some things we wished we would have known/thought about.
