Two bedrooms are located upstairs, offering privacy and a restful layout. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and direct access to the balcony overlooking the lake. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, its own bathroom, and a TV, making it well-suited for families or small groups. An additional half bath is added for convenience.

Outdoor living
The private balcony and screened sunroom provide two inviting spaces to enjoy the surroundings. Whether you prefer fresh air with a view or a shaded, enclosed space, both areas offer a peaceful place to relax throughout the day.
