An amazing stay in the Omni

We had a wonderful time in the Omni. This property had everything we needed with beautiful views and private outdoor areas. Close to everything, it’s a great spot for families, friends or couples. Would definitely recommend!

Great location

Villa is in a great location that is close to beach, golf and restaurants. Spacious 2 bedrooms. Accurate online description. Not updated but the villa was clean and well-appointed.

Staycation Getaway!

We live on Amelia Island and never stayed on this part of the island. Centrally located on the property, we enjoyed renting an island hopper and cruising around! Loved eating at The Falcons Nest and steak out at Marche’! We will be back!

Classy and comfortable

Loved this property! Clean , well organized, with attention to details in the decorating. Several different seating areas. A wall of windows on the back wall overlooked lush vegetation.

Amelia Island Vacations - Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This is the absolute worst experience I have had EVER We arrived to our condo and it was UNDER CONSTRUCTION. There was scaffolding all over the unit and surrounding units. You had to walk under scaffolding to get into the unit. All of the patio furniture was dumped in a pile due to the construction work. It was not livable. When I contacted Amelia Island Vacations we had to wait over THREE HOURS for help and the options were absolutely ridiculous - We could stay at the under construction unit. We could move off of the Amelia Island Plantation (my son is autistic and has only vacationed at the Plantation. We have not gone anywhere else and he looks forward to it all year) Staying off of the plantation was not an option. They did put us in a dark and dingy unit but said that we would have to leave after one week (we had a two week vacation and had worked the dates out with work, etc) or we would have to move to two separate united during the second week of our vacation. Amelia Island Vacations did not return calls when they said they would. I went online and found a wonderful company called Amelia Luxury Vacations and they bent over backwards to find a place for us and save our vacation. I will let everyone I know NOT to use Amelia Island Vacations and VERBO should have no association at all with such an unprofessional and chaotic rental agency. It makes me question how Verbo vets the companies with which they do business. Verbo should cut all ties with such a horrible agency
