Charming 4-bedroom Lake House with minutes from Airport and River City Plaza
Located in Jacksonville, enjoy what this 4-bedroom house has to offer. Unique antique wood flooring. Updated kitchen with new granite countertops back-splash. Equipped with deep stainless steel sink, stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator. The living-room comes with a adorable fireplace with 62 inch television attached. Living-room french door leads to the screen-in patio over looking the Lake. Offering one king bed, one child bed, one queen bed, two twin bed, and two bunk beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax with extra sleeping cots. The house features heating, AC, an iron/ironing board, laundryroom, and garage turned into gameroom with pool table and football game table. The newly bathroom has walk-in shower. The second bathroom come equipped with a shower, tub and bar holders and all other amenities as needed. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Very peaceful and quiet spacious community. Sitting on the patio facing the large lake watching the ducks, brings on a tranquility setting for peace of mind. River City Plaza with galore of eatery along with shopping is within 5 minutes away!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a patio and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
