The place was awesome. Left some water , snacks, and a bottle of wine!! Had books to read games to play. And nice hammock in the back yard. The laundry room was awesome!! Great time visiting my daughter at UNF and this place was so convient!! Less than 10 minutes to her dorm!!Place was clean, great set-up. I plan on being back!!Thank you Rick and Mindi!!
