Awesome Pond View in the back. 10 min away to Jax Beach, Town Center and Mayo Clinic. 25 min to stadiums, 30 min to airport. Everything is close. Walking distance to Walmart, Shops, Restaurants, Financials, etc. Ideal for relaxing with privacy. All you need for your stay is inside of the house. Master Bedroom with King Bed and the second room with a Queen Bed, both with private bath inside. 3 Smart TVs available. All kitchen appliances are available. The perfect spot to relax close to everything you need in Jacksonville.
