Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, it's just five minutes from the renowned Mayo Clinic and less than 10 minutes to the stunning Jacksonville Beaches. For dining, recreation, and entertainment, you're surrounded by restaurants, parks, golf courses, grocery stores, and plenty of recreational areas. Plus, you'll find everything you need for a beach day or to prepare your favorite meal in the fully stocked home. Let us know if you'd like any local recommendations for exploring the area. This inviting home offers worry-free pampering amid the exciting attractions of Jacksonville's vibrant cityscape.
Pets are welcome but the pet fee is $200. Undisclosed pets result in a $200 fee on top of the required pet fee. A separate charge will be sent to you once the pets are disclosed. Please pick up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. Please do not leave waste in the trash cans. Try to keep them off of the furniture.
