One pet (non-aggressive breed only) allowed; near Mayo Clinic, Baptist Hospital, marinas, and restaurants. Welcome to fun beach life! Tenant responsible for all utilities except lawn service, this is included. Must have min credit score of 670, 3 x's rent in monthly gross income, subj to background and credit check. Home is also listed for sale and will be shown with agreed upon advance notice given to tenant.
