Peor experiencia en años

Una experiencia horrible. No nos daban habitación porque no encontraban la reservada, después tuvimos que ir a otro hotel a que nos dieran la llave. Cuando llegamos a la habitación olía a tuberías y cerrado, tuvimos que abrir la ventana un buen rato. Todo estaba sucio (salvo las sábanas, aparentemente). La sala común estaba destrozada y realmente sucia. En el baño, el secador estaba completamente roto, un microondas sucio... Un desastre por el precio de la habitación en un puente.

Estaba todo muy bien pero no me gusto mucho que habíamos cogido habitación cuádruple y tuvimos que averiguar como sacar las otras dos camas...... deberían de estar todo preparado para cuando entra el cliente

Af uvis årsag blev vi overfør til Hotel Mur. Det er et dejligt hotel. God service og fin morgenmadsbuffet. Super beliggenhed nær kirken og borg (de største seværdigheder) i byens centrum. God service i receptionen. Hyggelig by med mange spændende butikker.

Economico

El hotel no tiene recepción. Debes caminar 5 minutos hasta el hotel.mur. El desayuno idem caminar 5 minutos al hotel mur. Si la tarjeta de la habitación no funciona ( como fue nuestro caso) debes volver caminando al hotel mur. El personal de recepción del mur donde entregan las llaves no es nada agradable. Si intentas contactar por tfno con ellos puedes llamar 5 veces que no hay manera. Te dicen que no hay problema con el parking. Una vez allí todo son pegas además de quedar el parking muy alejado del hotel las nieves. Si vas en moto te cobran 5 € y coche 10€ pero lo curioso es que quieren meter 4 motos en una plaza de coche con lo que ganarían 20€ el doble que un coche y si esto no fuera poco. Si viajas sólo con tu moto , las otras motos puestas en la plaza de ciche impiden que puedas sacar tu moto hasta que los demás muevan las suyas...si no la mueven en 2 dias pues no sacas tu moto. Esto además de ser caraduras los del hotel es ilegal. No recomiendo a NADIE este establecimiento. El desayuno deja mucho que desear también. No se molestan bi en calentar la tortilla precocinada...la po en tal cual...el zumo de máquina estuvo vacío los 2 días que desayunamos...no se .molestan en reponer. El resto muy muy justito en variedad y calidad. Lo.unico bueno de este sitio es el precio. Pero desde luego que es preferible pagar algo más y tener un establecimiento en condiciones y con profesionales que lo atiendan.

Básico y correcto

Hotel económico recomendable para esquiadores que busquen un lugar básico en Jaca para alojarse. El hotel no tiene recepción ni zona de desayuno. Hay que desaplazarse para ello al Hotel Mur(400m) Habitación no muy amplia y baño totalmente reformado. Área de aparcamiento gratuito cercana.

Hotel las nieves

Hotel cercano al centro y a la ciudadela, la ubicación no está mal. Hay un parking gratuito cerca del hotel q se agradece. No tiene ascensor y el desayuno se sirve en otro hotel, cercano, pero es una faena cd llueve o nieva. Las camas son bastante cómodas pero las habitaciones son minúsculas. Todo bastante limpio.

Muy buena ubicación

De hecho nos trasladaron al Hotel MUR, que está mejor ubicado. Al parecer, por ser temporada baja, solo estaban operando en el hotel MUR.
