Bare bones, but clean and very good breakfast

This hotel had no frills, and though the building itself was not well maintained, it's one of the cleaner hotels I've stayed in for a while. Water pressure was excellent (though it was hard to find a good balance between hot and cold), and the drains drained perfectly. There were a lot of problems with the key cards disactivating, and there was usually a line to talk to someone at the front desk. Biggest dissatisfaction: Our bathroom had no toilet paper or hand/floor towel when we arrived, and when I asked for these items I believe they thought I was just asking for extra and responded accordingly. I ended up getting the towels directly from the lady cleaning our floor. Biggest complement: the breakfast! Had all the usual buffet items, but it was refreshed in a very regular and organized manner. They make their coffee in small pots, so it's always fresh, and they never ran out. Parabens to whoever runs the kitchen there!

Estada boa de maneira geral.

De maneira geral foi uma boa estada. Na chegada, ao realizar o checkin o recepcionista disse que teria de ser cobrado uma taxa de 40 reais pelo estacionamento, avisei que havia reservado pelo app Hotels.com já com o serviço de estacionamento incluso, ele pediu pra olhar a reserva, eu mostrei e ele “aceitou”. Gostaria que ficasse claro nos dados da reserva tudo aquilo que está incluso para que não haja esse tipo de confusão. Demais, quarto sujo em baixo da cama, com lata de refrigerante e bastante pó, demais áreas limpas, café da manhã com pouca variedade de frutas e outros itens alimentícios. Atendimento muito bom, solícitos e educados.

Razoável

O chão estava bem empoeirado, cheiro leve de mofo (quando fica tempo trancado sem ventilação). Não tinha garagem privativa inclusa. Tivemos que pagar 40 reais para deixar num pátio aberto, de frente ao hotel. O local do hotel é bem afastado da beira mar, mas acomoda bem para uma pernoite. O café da manhã é razoável.
