The house is 70 sqm and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area with a dining table for 6 people, a living room with air conditioning and TV fireplace and two single sofas that sleep one person each. It has two more bedrooms. One has a double bed air conditioner and TV. The other has two single beds and air conditioner. It is ground floor, without any stairs from the parking lot to the house is five meters of yard and in front has a covered space with an outdoor table. The same at the back of the house. It is 200 meters from the sea. And at 500 meters there's a super market and taverns. The town of Edipsos is at 3 km and the village at 1 km. It has an organized beach at 800meters the house accepts pets and is also offered for working from home as it has WiFi. The area has a good climate all year round and the town has hot baths.
