Konaklama yapacağım otelde yerimi 15 önceden ayırttık ve ücretini peşin ödedim.otele giriş tarihi olan 05.08.2017de acil bir iş için bodrumda olduğumdan aynı tarihte saat 18.00 civarı oteli aradim ve geç vakitte geleceğimi rezarvasyonla ilgili bir sorun olup olmadığını sordum.görevli bir sorun yok sigara icilmeyen iki kişilik odamız hazır ve geç vakitte giriş yapılacağını not aldığını belirtti .06.08.2017 saat 01.45 civarı otele giriş yaptığımda iki kişilik sigara icilmeyen odalarının kalmadığını belirttiler yaptığım itirazlar sonuç vermedi ve astım hastası olmama rağmen mecburen leş gibi sigara kokulu odada konaklamak zorunda bırakıldım.sonuç olarak ( yazıklar olsun diyorum )...?
