COMPLAINT: Hotel was chosen specifically because it advertised an indoor pool sauna & steam room- these are all (as of May 2024) STILL BEING BUILT. There is a basic gym but it is in a damp basement room. Hotel stairs are UNSAFE - very steep with no handrails and poor lighting. Very disappointed overall and i want a refund!

Reception was great & helpful. But there's no laundry service in the hotel, pool not working, not usable due to a cold water, electric ladder not working, rooms are not as you see them in the hotel webpage. The last thing is common problem with the hotels in Istanbul as they well know by scam and playing smart game with tourists. Also there's no spa as it should be according to the hotel webpage.

Scam! Don’t believe the photos you see. This hotel is terrible. Tiny room, bath room is less than 1mX2m which is insane! This hotel does not deserve one star. I have been traveling for more than 10 years all over the world and I have never been scammed like that before!

Nice Classic Hotel

Nicely renovated classic hotel with good location near cafes restaurants and shop, few minutes’ walk to metro station, civaher mall and trump towers. The room is nicely decorated clean and tidy although small size, the reception and room service staff are responsive and helpful, they change sheets & towels whenever asked, recommended great value for money.
