The location for this hotel is absolutely terrific. You are a 10-12 minute walk from the galata tower, not very hilly may I add. About a 5 minute walk from tophane tram station and lots of food options nearby. Loved the vitamin bar (fresh juice) especially. Please be aware that if you are planning on going towards taxim, the roads are super hilly. If you are someone that is not used to a lot of incline, you will struggle. Google maps may say 15mins but will take you about 35mins. Luckily this wasn’t a massive issue
In terms of the actual apartment, I can tell this is a newly built place. Quite modern with a lift. However, the place lacked a lot of storage and little bits and bobs. Quite a small place, the images make it appear larger. The biggest struggle for us was the noise from the traffic. It felt like you were sleeping outdoors. Sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room the noise was much more intense. Not sure if it’s due to the low quality windows or the fact that they haven’t been installed correctly but we definitely stuggled to sleep most nights.
The sofa was dirty had dark marks on it and the washing machine was awful. All dark clothing came out covered in lint and the marks on lighter clothing did not come out.

Gulsah, the home owner was very helpful however. Always reponded to any questions promptly as was super nice.
