I could be able to overlook the borsphorus strait when I woke up every morning in Istanbul. The hotel’s location is perfect. 5 minutes walk to Tram 1 and take to the Hagia Sophia. The staffs are very helpful

Great Hotel, good amenities and access to roof top restaurant. Location is probably the best. Karakoy has so many dining and shopping options we could have stayed there all of our time in Istanbul. It is also next to the ferries to the Asian side, light rail and tour boats, Taksim square etc. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent location, staff is great, always available and willing to provide the best possible service. Rooftop has a wonderful view of the Bosphorus Strait. Breakfast options are great, food is fresh and delicious. Laidy in charge of Guest Relations is always available, listens to customer needs and she is proactive, great customer service.

We stayed in two corner suites at the Wings Hotel in Istanbul and were genuinely impressed. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and beautifully designed, with stunning views that made our mornings and evenings especially memorable. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm and attentive, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. A special shoutout to Mert, who personally showed us to our rooms and took the time to help us navigate Istanbul’s public transportation system. That kind of thoughtful service made a big difference. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for comfort, style, and genuinely helpful hospitality.

First of all be aware that property doesn’t allow refunds. That should’ve been the biggest red flag from the get go. Another thing is that the restaurant up top doesn’t offer any alcohol drinks. Which is understandable, but I would prefer to know about this before booking. Another upsetting thing was that regular rooms are facing an ongoing construction. Definitely not a 2000$ cad view. The view is pretty depressing. And the only way to improve it is to pay extra 1000$ cad for 5 days. A/C in the room doesn’t cool the room properly. There were several power outages during our short stay. The cover on the bed had some blood stains as well. Shower gel was empty from get go. Coffee pods were used and moldy and stayed in the container of “new” pods. The only good thing was restaurant up top which had very good breakfasts. Out of hotel staff Maryam was very helpful and kind. Overall staff were nice and friendly. Understandably it’s not on them, but policy of non-refundable reservations in 2025 is ridiculous and needs to be changed especially when charging high price for mediocre hotel.
