Dirty room, broken beds, broke AC, no easy access from the road to the property. Staff clueless about the booking and unhelpful. Worst experience, stay away from this property, dont go by the images/photos published.

It’s not Hotel

Perfect hotel staff, however, room conditions are bad. Guard-robe was bad condition, in bathroom shower was bad required to repair. Even water is not served. Hotel itself was damaged, required to be repaired.

Kartan över hotellet på Google visar en annan plats, man måste gå genom gatorna för att hitta hotellet, och det är väldigt svårt med en resväska när man kommer till Istanbul trött från resan. Jag hade hyrt rummet för två personer och det fanns bara en handduk i rummet och inget schampo eller tvål Fram till klockan 12 på natten kommer ljudet av discomusiken inte att tillåta dig att sova. När du duschar förvandlas badrummet till en pool, rummet är riktigt kallt, lakanen är skrynkliga och gula
