Property is not maintained and managed professionally like a hotel type lodging. The description of the property provided to Expedia is very exaggerated and inaccurate. There is no sign board outside. So, in reality "Taksim Wonder Suites" does not exist. We stayed there for 15 days and bedsheets were changed only once (after 10 days) after repeated requests. Towels were replaced after about 6 or 7 days. Toilet clogged several times and we had to use toilet at the nearby restaurants. Kitchen was non functional and unsafe, so we did not attempt to use it. Gas main shut off valve on flexible plastic gas supply line was installed few inches from the stove burners. Expedia should immediately stop marketing this property to its customers.

Nice place. Not good if you cannot do stairs.

The place is different. We were 6 and they offered a floor with 3 rooms. Each room with bathroom and kitchenette. One of the rooms was bigger and had a sofa. They had kitchen but not pots to cook. We asked for a water warmer and they found one for us. Also an iron. They were really helpful and communicative. Take in consideration that is a building and the stairs are not easy for every one. The location is also tricky. Be careful if you are not the best with ups and downs, or stairs. The location was convenient and near nice places. Recommended.

Pros: The location is awesome and the manager/staff are super helpful. Cons: Soundprofing of the rooms are a bit poor and there is no lift in the apartment. Tip : Read the room description properly before finializing.
