Awful experience

Our experience was awful. We went to check-in and they asked us to wait 2 hours because our room was not clean. We came back after 2 hours to other people complaining to the receptionist that their rooms were not clean, the ac not working, and the towels dirty. We asked the receptionist to check-in again and he told us that there was no cleaner available so they had no room for us! We had to quickly find a different hotel for the same day which was significantly more expensive! Other than that, the overall hotel was bleak and is situated in a weird area of taksim that feels unsafe. We don’t recommend this hotel, especially for families.

The outlets of the room were all broken but one. And it was so hard to get towels for my room. Overall great price and the staff were really nice.

How dare you listing this crap as a hotel or suites . Someone at Expedia should be held responsible for this big rip-off. I dare you send someone to check out this dump. I will be filing complaints and grievances all over the world. Against Expedia. I have been a Gold member (WHAT A JOKE) and a loyal customer for 25 years. I almost got killed at that hotel in that awful hotel. One good thing came out with Expedia, was an agent named " Nelly " , i think she is Salvadoran. She helped me all night long and found me another hotel. So thanks " Nelly" , The hell with the top CEO st Expedia and the rest of the management team you should be fired on the spot. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I am waiting for answers and explanations to why this happened to me.

Decepcionante y engañoso

La habitación sucia, el baño usado recientemente con afeitadora y jabón en la ducha, sin toallas, al reclamarlas nos dicen que no tienen y después de intimarlo nos dan 1 toalla y 2 toallones. El pago era al arribo en el hotel y me cobraron antes de la tarjeta sin aviso siendo que hicimos check in en término. El recepcionista soberbió, mal educado, arrogante y mentiroso, después de reclamar las toallas por tercera vez dijo colocarlas después del mediodía y no lo hizo, debimos reclamarlas nuevamente. Toda la instalación muy sucia. El lugar de desayuno sin lugares adecuados, sin elementos, tazas, servilletas, cubiertos, café, té, etc, y con sillas rotas, un desastre. Las fotos no condicen con la habitación
