Absolutely fantastic stay in Istanbul. We had an incredible experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always eager to help, making us feel at home right away. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see yet quiet enough for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of local options. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We’ve traveled quite a bit, and this hotel truly stood out for its exceptional service and attention to detail. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip to Istanbul.

This hotel has phenomenal staff. I have absolutely not a single complaint and would praise everyone from housekeeping to Bell Hoff as well as the concierge service. Everyone is extremely polite and extremely helpful and always willing to take time to talk to us. I can’t compliment this place enough. You cannot go wrong staying here.

The concierge and all of the staff were incredibly professional and helpful. We asked for a last minute tour on the Bosporus and dinner on the Europe side and they arranged everything perfectly and quickly. The room was very comfortable and the bed was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Great property as far as service, cleanliness, and location! Everyone on the staff was very kind and attentive since we checked in. Breakfast at the restaurant and drinks at the library bar are a bit pricy but worth it for the one day we decided to stay in. The one issue that I would say was mildly annoying was that the main road is closed to auto traffic/public taxis 10am-8pm. This was frustrating when attempting to get to places on time and also made me reluctant to wear heels often since we had to walk out to the main road for a taxi. With that being said, the staff is more than willing to call a taxi for you but you will still have to walk out to the main road. Overall, I’d recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Wonderfully updated property within walking distance to Spice Bazaar, Grand Bazar, 15 min walk to Blue Mosque and Bospherous just around the corner. Staff was amazing. Yigit concierge and GM have 5 star white glove service. Concierge even walked us to a taxi stand to make sure we found it. Rooms are modern and great size bathroom for being in Europe. Can’t say enough. We will be back for sure.
