Cozy and spacious duplex apartment with 80m2 private garden. A large living room with an open kitchen and large balcony with a sea and garden view. Two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and two couches (become double beds). Bedrooms have separate and direct access to the garden which a various fruit trees and a large terrace with barbeque.
