Location is perfect you have very good access to subway and train and busses and everything restaurant in this area is actually quite good and good price Breakfast table is very nice and variant I had a very nice stay in this hotel and i recommend it to you too
I wanna to stay in this hotel in my next trip too. The crew were very kind. The receptionist helped us a lot. The hotel located near every thing you need. The room were very clean. We all love and enjoy our stay in klas hotel during december in istanbul. Thanks a lot
I am a regular visitor to Istanbul. I visit my family half way and we gather in Istanbul in group of 8-10 people . First impression was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 7 am and the member of staff at reception was having his breakfast at the desk; we found it quite uncomfortable to disturb his breakfast with the look he gave us. We asked if we can check in any earlier and he replied with a simple, "no," despite the fact that we had an elderly person and 2 children. We went downstairs for breakfast and when we came back up to the lobby, the reception staff had changed and there was a lady with a great smile, very polite and with no difficulties we checked in straight away. It was a completely different attitude and she was one of those people who could put a smile on your a face, whatever the situation. Anytime we came to reception for any type of advise or if we needed an address there no trouble at all. The first night in our room, we discovered that the hotel just 15 metres away had an extremely loud disco which closed at 5-6am. Especially after working until late Friday evening and then flying all night we were all exhausted so we went and told the man at reception but it was a complete waste of time so we left it. The next day, Gökgen (the friendly woman previously mentioned) was there and with no difficulties our room had been moved and we were as happy as we could be. On the fourth day of our stay another member of our family joined us and he arrived at 6 am. We thought that since we had two rooms already, he could come and stay in one of them until we're able to get the third room we had already paid for. The man at reception (Güney Orbek, the same man that we had), refused to let him upstairs unless we paid extra. So me and my sister (his wife) went down and sat with him in the lobby until the staff changed and obviously, Gökgen Özbir could not do enough to please costumers and with no problem we went into our rooms and then we recieved the key to our third room at 10 am. I going abroad minimum 4 times a year and I know about the check in and check out policy but when there is a free room, most hotels let you have it because it's just good service to make sure they get a good review and to just be polite. I own my own business and reception is basically the face of the business, first impressions are the most important and if it wasn't for Mrs Gökgen effort and attention to detail we would have left with nothing but the worse memories. All of us think Mrs Gökgen should be best the employee of the year, never mind the month because the qualities she gave to the business is priceless. After all these problems, the hotel is in the heart of Istanbul and that means it is close to most major attractions and with the help of Mrs Gökgen, your trip will be so much easier as you will know everything about it.

Hotel in the busy market area, perfect for city holiday. Good restaurants and shops in area, decent dinning facility. Small city stile hotel with plenty of tour facilities and site seeing. Good access to attractions.
Hotel is right in the heart of Istanbul. It is close to Grand Bazaar (approximately 10 minutes) walk and also close to Sulemaniye Mosque (one of the must see mosques) in Istanbul. Vezneciler Metro / Underground Station is located approximately 5 mins (250 Meters) away from this hotel. Rooms are compact and does not give enough room to move around but they are decent. In room carpets does look tired but who cares when you spend your entire day roaming in this lovely city. They do have a Rooftop Pool which is operational for a certain period in a day. Sauna was available but not operational.
If you plan on going to Istanbul can I recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed, everything about this hotel is great, the entire staff are friendly efficient, the rooms are spacious and clean breakfast is ideal and if you just want to chill the roof terrace is superb, close to main tramline and metro so getting about İstanbul is not a problem. Special thanks to Lale and Mr Hakan. Please try this hotel, it's worth it.
Apart from the nice man that greeted us at the front desk, it was pretty much downhill. He gave us one room key- which sometimes didn't work, and we stayed on the top floor so this was annoying after coming back from a long walk- as soon as we got into our room I noticed blood stains on the sides on the bed sheets, this was after noticing the grease stains on the quilted throw and thinking ok it's fine I can just remove it. Bear in mind we arrived at midnight so I was ready to sleep. Moved us to another room, much much more spacious but still grease stains and huge stains on carpet, so significant that it's shocking they haven't tried to clean it properly or change the carpet. Instead it was poorly covered with a coffee table. I will insert images. Outside our room there was a bag of rubbish that had been there for our entire stay (7days) and the cleaners never put away their cleaning trollies, they were just left in the corridor. The lifts can hardly fit three normal sized humans, and when we arrived with luggage this was such a pain. We ended up using the stairs for the whole holiday because catching the lift every morning was like waiting for eternity. Room always had a mouldy smell and especially the bathroom, the view was basically a wall. And breakfast was in the basement with no natural light and no organised queues for getting your food or your table- it's a feeding frenzy every morning. Basically you get what you pay for, sure it's close to the centre but I for sure won't be staying there again. A true Klas act.
hi...i just came back from istanbul...klass hotel has a good location,100 meter to vezniciler metro station so u can easily reach taqsim square or cevahir mall...its also close to tram station so u can easily reach sultan ahmet or eminunu to take the ferries our room was small but clean and well equiped...but it didnt have any view...the window opens to another room of the hotel...room walls are thin so u can easily hear your neighbors!!...breakfast was fine(lot of choices) roof top pool was closed due to the rainy weather . there are 3 hotels in that area(zurich-klass and moasic hotel) i think moasic is the best...try booking the last floor rooms wich are bigger and have better view...
We booked into this hotel through late rooms as our original hotel was a disaster!. We decided to treat our self's to the executive suite which was amazing! This is located very centrally and close to the tram line so easy to get around. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would recommend and book again
