Overall would not return to the property but did have a relatively pleasant stay PROS: - Great proximity to Karakoy, Galata and Taksim! - Room was clean, bathroom is modern and spacious. Housekeeping is great! - Front desk staff is great - AC worked well - Good value CONS: - The immediate area next to the hotel is residential and can feel a bit dirty (ie there was a dead rat around the corner one morning), you’re also in proximity to a mosque and can hear the Adhan broadcast - Wifi is an open network and very slow - There was no hand soap provided so we had to buy a bar which is more of an inconvenience than anything - The entrance to the hotel building is not locked. We were on an upper floor so still felt secure but on a ground floor room I would not have been comfortable

Konumu harika tramvay ve otobüs duraklarına çok yakın. Galata’ya yürüme mesafesinde. Temizlik, kahvaltı, otel personeli olarak çok tatlı bir ekipti. Caddeye yakın olmasına rağmen gürültü ya da uyku problemi yaşamadık. Otelin dış girişinde kartınızı okutarak giriyorsunuz bu güvenlik açısından çok rahatlattı bizi. Çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar tercih edebileceğim güvenilir bir yer. Teşekkürler 🙏

Das Zimmer ist okay, aber das Reinigungspersonal sollte mindestens Englisch oder Türkisch sprechen können. Zimmer wurde trotz Aufforderung 3 Tage lang nicht gereinigt ! Ein TV ist zwar wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt vorhanden, jedoch man muß seinen eigenen Netflix / Disney Login benutzen, ( sofern man einen hat ) sonst funktioniert nämlich gar nichts, auch kein Live TV trotz Satellitenempfang !! Das Frühstück war allerdings sehr gut !
