The host was responsible but the room that he gave me wasn’t same picture in site. The location was good but the building was old and it was located in very steep alley.our room was in underground and hard for me because it has many steps to reach there. The hallway to reach the room was so dirty.

The rooms were clean overall and good. Had only 1 remote for the AC's which was inconvenient as there's a second bedroom upstairs. Stairs are tight and steep to second bedroom so be aware if it's an issue for you. The AC's worked well which was very important for us. Beds were good and bedding good. Fridge and appliances worked well but some maintenance needed to a broken outlet at the stove (we forgot to mention it to the owner). Dishwasher very convenient. Room service was great and friendly. Initially there weren't enough towels and no hand towels. This room should start with at least 4 or 5 bath towels and 3 hand towels and 2 floor towels. Noise level was good not noisy. We had lots of bags so going up to the 3rd floor in tight stairs was a challenge especially it's very hot and humid when we were there. Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Easy check-in and instructions. Thank you to the staff for letting us keep our luggage in the hallway during the day until our pick-up time. The dryer wasn't working on the property which was critical for our family. We'd drop them and go sight seeing only to come back and find them wet and stinky. Happened twice then we gave up. Note that this property and others around it are in very tight alleys that cabs and cars have a very hard time getting in and out. Allow a lot of extra time for that. The roads are usually blocked so getting out is a challenge. It is very close to Taksim and lots of shops and stores.

I recently stayed at Istanbul Hub Flats near Taksim, and it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant heart. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, the living area was cozy, and the bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spotless and had a great shower. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any questions or needs. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, enhancing our stay. Loved our stay at Istanbul Hub Flats, I was hesitant to stay at a hotel in Taksim as I read in reviews (of other hotels) that it is too loud at night but our hotel was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful room with small kitchen and everything was clean. There were stairs (already mentioned in the description) but the guy who checked us in helped with the luggage. The only drawback was the street was too steep and there were cars parked on both ends at all times so the taxi had to stop at the end of the street, a bit of inconvenience.

The apartment was really nice and clean, the owner and the cleaning lady as well. Quiet position and near by metro, buses, restaurants and clubs. Only negative point the area is under renovation and the building of the propriety too, also if I have to say it was not noicy

The receptionist was a nice guy very helpful, however the room could have been much cleaner and there were broken off wobbly appliances like the shower head. This is not an attack to the premises, but a constructive criticism. Cushion covers were very dusty and stained with bleach, chairs could do without covers or cushions. Bed head board was also cover in dust, remote control hardly ever been cleaned and air on remote was not working. Air con dust filters cover in dust. Skirting boards also covered in dust. Wardrobe was wobbly and the back was broken. Safe was unavailable as broken. Advertised with satellite tv, but only Turkish tv was available. Wi-Fi was not so reliable, they have 3 routers and I had to swap in between the 3. Kitchen wall was greasy and wall chipped with again dirty walls. Shower head had lime scale and the shower holder was not holding the shower head. All these can be easily repaired or cleaned simply fixed with screws, nails, glue and a wipe. As I said this is constructive criticism hoping that the owner could improve these little nagging issues.
