Hotel was basic and functional as was breakfast. Room basic and functional but bed very comfortable and had an excellent nights sleep. Staff at reception were excellent and extremely helpful couldn’t fault their customer service

It was an OK stay in an OK facility. We preferred it due to a late-night arrival at the Istanbul Airport. My 5 stars go to the front desk staff, especially the night shift guy (sincerely sorry, I forgot your name) who saved my vacation (travelling with two young kids) by finding the most optimal solution for a rental car-related problem in the middle of the night. Thanks for that.

We paid for a room with a king size bed but they gave us a room with a queen size bed!!! I have a kid and toddler so didn't have any other option to choose. I found them very untrustable and don't recommend them at all. If you have to, never pay them in front. Particularly the fact that expedia couldn't do that much if you'r rubbed.
