Room cleaning wasn’t good as sheets were not being changed regularly neither the cutlery was being replaced most of the times had to call and all the spa services are paid like all. Generally they are paid but it’s good to mention on website and no room upgrades were provided even after being eligible for so. There’s alot that could be done better

The hotel is truly wonderful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished so that nothing is missing. The view from the window is incredible. Despite the heavy traffic outside, the room is very quiet—you can’t hear the neighbors or any noise from the corridor. The bedding was changed every other day. Breakfasts were varied, and everyone can find something they like. It’s a 15-minute walk to the metro and 10 minutes to a shopping center. There are always taxis available right outside the hotel, and a bus stop is just 200 meters away. The staff are excellent—helpful but never intrusive. The spa area is fantastic: a spacious sauna, steam room, nature-sound shower, ice cabin, and a large pool. Best of all, the pool is never crowded. It’s a wonderful place to relax. The hotel is truly comfortable, and we didn’t miss a thing. Thank you!

The pictures online look different than in person. The hotel is very dated, rooms were not the cleanest. The rooms need to be painted. The furniture was showing wear, stains on the couch etc. Staff were very friendly and it was close to the Hilltown shopping mall so that is where we ate our meals. It was decent for what we needed it for.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Decor is very inviting and loving the facts that shampoo, conditioner and shower gel aren’t disposable bottles, great quality products used! Spa facilities are superb, it has a full gym, beautiful swimming pool but guests need swimming cap, unfortunately I didn’t have one but I used the steam room, sauna, shock shower, ice mountain, and I had an aromatherapy massage by lady called Ima from Bali, she was very good! The 4* reason being the breakfast buffets haven’t had a lot of choices especially the hotel received a lot of people from western countries so I feel like fried mushrooms, grilled tomatoes are lacking but we would not hesitate to come back! 10 minutes walking distance to Hilltown which we loved too!

Around 1hour 20minutes from the main attractions on Istanbul, very bang average service, lack luster for a 5 start hotel. The room was okay but you could tell it was old, carpets dirty, blackout curtain not long enough meaning always a beam of light coming through and the worst part was that it was next door to a large office so you always had to keep your curtain shut or else where at eye height with an office worker! Shower had okay pressure but huge amounts of water collected in the tray as it wasn’t tilted meaning you would be stood in stagnant cold water after… also the fan in the shower/bathroom didn’t work. Finally? We stayed in a non smoking room, but when running the AC, it stank of cigarettes so clearly an old filter and rooms are being used as smoking and non smoking. I wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend, for the price, there are better options

Restaurants in hotel are just OK. Better food can be found at nearby Hilltown shopping center. The room is generally in good condition with exception to the carpet showing dirty marks. Front desk staff is proficient but didn't give a particular warm or welcoming vibe expected in a 5-star hotel. My stay is overall positive.
