save yourself from headache

Do not waste your time and vacation here unprofessional staff. had to ask for my room to be cleaned 4 times before they did it. theres a club nearby noisy at night. theres no coffee maker or iron.

Öncelikle çalışanların müşteri ilişkileri diye bir durum kesinlikle yok rezervasyon yaptırıp o şekilde gittik ve 30 dakika resepsiyonda bekletip oda hazırlanıyor diyip tartışma üzerine de elinde oda bulunduğunu öğrenip onu vermeleri utanç verici aynı zamanda resepsiyonda çalışan 60 yaşlarındaki beyefendi bana kimse bir şey yapamaz beklemek istemiyorsan git başka yerde kal şeklinde saygısızca konuşabiliyor. Odama gelecek olursak 207 numaralı oda verilmiş ve odanın kart çipi çalışmamaktadır ondan dolayı anahtarla açıp anahtarı da alıp gittiler kesinlikle hiçbir şekilde güven vermeyen bir otel yönetim tarzıdır yine odalar dipdibe ve odalar arası yalıtım var diyor ama kesinlikle yok. Kahvaltı da açık büfe diyor fakat kahvaltıya 09.30 da gittiğimde birkaç parça yenecek durumda olmayan domates ve salatalık dışında bir şey kalmamıştı sormamız üzerine de erken gelecektiniz şeklinde pişkince muamele ile başbaşa kalabilirsiniz. Oradan odaya geçtiğimizde saat 11.03 te bir temizlikçi odanın kapısını alacaklı gibi çaldıktan sonra aniden kapıyı açmaya çalıştı Allahtan oda kitliydi yoksa giriş yapacaktı oda dolu dememiz üzerine de geri döndü aradan 25 dakika geçtikten sonra resepsiyon söyledi çıkmanız gerekiyor dedi ama sözleşmede 12.30 a kadar çıkış yapabileceğimiz yazılıydı gerçekten rezalet bir gün geçirmeme sebep oldu ilgililerden ricam bundan sonraki müşterilerin mağdur olmaması yönündedir iyi günler dilerim.
