Arrived at 8 pm , the young receptionist was rude
The second I gave him my ID and Expedia confirmation, he goes like the hotel is fully booked, go somewhere else
He speaks little English, I explained that this is already a paid reservation, his reply the Hotel is full go somewhere else
after trying to call Expedia from International line with no success, he saw my determination, so he booked somewhere else with different location and grade
Was totally disaster will never book again
