First of all the room was nowhere near the photos shown. The room had only 1 King bed and 1 twin, not 2 twin beds. They didn't move me to a different room when I raised my concern about this and there was no space in the room for another bed to be added. I am very disappointed and feel that I deserve a refund compensation for being placed in a room with such a low standard.

Hotel was good but services were too good because of their staff. All staff members are so help-full and really nice and cooperative. Their food is out class and i am in love with their staff people

it was okay that easy access to public transportation(5 mins metro and bus) and 15mins walkway to sea-coast, located in a lovely peaceful neighborhood. We had good timing with this benefit while getting around the city for 5 days. The staff was good but not that much helpful, especially when we ask for an iron waited for an hour with nothing came out. Breakfast was okay. The hotel cleanliness can be argued at hardtalk :) For us it was average but they can do better in the food-court, and inside of cupboards. For cheap stay, if you don't have any better options, you can get it through.

Very nice hotel, poor service

The room was beautiful and obviously very new. The decorations were very classy. My only complaint is the staff, they hurried us through, weren't very receptive and when we had a problem in the middle of the night with the AC, they didn't help when wever calied. They said they were busy and would call back in 5 mins, which they never did. The breakfast is way over priced at 17 Euro for nothing very good (from what we could see from the foyer. The hotel is oddly built with all windows facing the front foyer so you can here everything in the front and people's voices echo so bring your ear plugs.
