Reunion with friends

We were 3 couples who enjoyed the villa with its great pool and outside cooking possibilities. Everything we wanted was present 2 bedrooms with double beds and in room shower etc I bedroom with 2 single beds and a very large bathroom with shower on the opposite site of the hallway. Everything looked nice and the whole property was clean, including the very nice size pool with sun beds. We had a great time and enjoyed both cooking and eating outdoor in the patio as well as visiting nearby fish restaurants. I can only recommend the villa !!

Wonderful house in a quite area

The house is wonderful , very new with all you can need. The owner is very caring and very helpful. The 4 of us really enjoyed our stay and we would recommend the house to all our friends.

Absolutely beautiful property - nicest place I have ever stayed!

Looks just as good as the photos - beautifully appointed, with 4 very nice bathrooms, a fantastic pool and outdoor equipment, separate utility and BBQ area and a very well stocked kitchen. Just 5 min walk from a fantastic 8km sandy beach - perfect slope into the water safe for kids but also easy to get into for swimming and surf boarding. The owner lives next door and everyone was very helpful and easy to contact for any issues/advice etc. Pozallo is about 10 min drive away for a cheap supermarket, eating out and train station (to Syracuse etc). Perfect weather in October, still hot enough to go swimming in the sea (pool a bit cold) and get a tan - beautiful sunny blue skies every day. Bring your mossie spray! Would highly recommend it.

Amazing villa in a great location - exceeded all expectations!

This villa was just stunning. The photos, as nice as they are, don't properly do this property justice. The ambience of the villa is so elegant and relaxing; everything is of the best quality and very well designed. There is so much space, including a full bathroom with shower outside and an outside kitchen with brick barbeque. The villa is also very private and not at all overlooked. The sandy beach is miles long with warm, gentle sea that is perfect for children...and it is only a five minute walk from your front gate! The service from Marilena and her husband was excellent; great communication and available for any questions we had (not many!). The best little surprise was the 'pane ' man who arrived just after 8 am every day (including Sunday) in his van full of treats....croissants filled with Nutella, donuts, foccacia, pizza and so many types of bread and rolls - wonderful! If you want a fantastic, luxurious, private villa close to sandy beaches in this beautiful part of Sicily, I cannot recommend this villa highly enough - you won't be disappointed and you won't want to leave!

The perfect summer vacation for us

The house was perfect for our 5 person family with 3 teenagers. It was in exellent condition and and appears out to be just like in the pictures. The pool was in great use, the temperature of water was just right. The beach is nearby and beautiful. We had a great vacation!

Entspannte Tage auf einer sonnigen Insel

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Backwarenversorgung (jeden Morgen - außer am Sonntag - stand ein netter Bäcker mit seinem Auto und verschiedenen Brötchen, mit Tonnen von Nutella gefüllte Croissants….vor dem Tor - praktisch), einem kurzen Weg zum super langen Strand und jede Menge Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge aller Art (wir fanden vor allem die Flamingos in den verschiedenen Schutzgebieten beeindruckend (Riserva naturale orientata Oasi Faunistica di Vendicari), waren wandern im Riserva naturale orientata Cavagrande del Cassibile, beim Blütenfestival in Noto und natürlich auf dem Ätna. Essen mit Atmosphäre kann man prima in Marzamemi oder vor der Haustüre im SODA Thanks (an der Abzweigung der Strandstrasse nach Ispica). Ein toller Urlaub mit vielen Eindrücken und nur sonnigen Tagen. Leider wurden wir auch Opfer eines Trickbetrügers, der seinen Wagen an einer sehr engen Stelle abgestellt und eine Kollision mit seinem Außenspiegel beim Vorbeifahren vorgetäuscht hatte. Also aufpassen und im Zweifel lieber die Polizei rufen.

Super schön, sauber und neu. Das Haus, in dem nichts fehlte, ludt zum erholen ein.

Ein so tolles Haus, direkt an einen der schönsten Strände auf Sizilien, lag wenige km vom kleinen Örtchen Pozzallo entfernt. Mit dem Auto oder mit dem fahrrad recht schnell zu erreichen. Die Umgebung, unmittelbar am Haus, war recht einsam und es wirkte verlassen. Um also die schönen Seiten der Insel zu entdecken musste man sich auf machen. Das taten wir auch. Zum erholen konnte man die Zeit im Haus, im Pool oder am Strand wunderbar genießen. Wir waren zu fünft (2 Pärchen und eine Freundin bzw Schwester) und die Zimmeraufteilung war super. Jede/jeder hatte genügend Platz und sogar ein eigenes Badezimmer. Es fehlte einfach an garnichts - Ein kleines verstecktes Paradies :)

Einfach nur pefekt

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) waren 2 Wochen in der Villa. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Sehr ruhig, nahe am Meer (zu Fuss 10 Min.) und top Lage. Wir können nur sagen das alles perfekt war. Es gab überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln.
