We love staying in Lagoon Villas for its proximity to restaurants and the beach. These units are terrific for families with little ones. This property was very clean and nicely updated in comparison to other units we have rented. Comfortable and wonderful furniture layout in the living room to maximize seating. Very spacious, with a variety of toys and puzzles to entertain. We like to prepare meals at the rental as well as dine out. Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, cooking pots & pans, even baggies and chip clips & spices which is appreciated! For this property we had to use another platform to complete check in process and door access codes which was more cumbersome than using VRBO for everything. The property manager was very responsive. The floors are creaky (though beautiful), but the property manager shared the new owner is aware of the flooring issue and will be updating during the off season. Check out directions were simple and straightforward.

We LOVED our stay. The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. We had a starter package of things we needed (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, even laundry detergent) and plenty of extras! Towels were included and we had more than we needed.The Villa was very child-friendly. A crib, pack and play, highchair and plenty of toys were in the Villa when we arrived. The outlets were all covered. Our kids are older so we didn’t need them, but we thought that was a nice touch. I would have loved to find a place like this when our kids were younger.10/10 recommend this Villa! The only thing I would add to the Villa would be ottomans or something to prop your feet up at the end of the day in the living room.
