Parking: Limited to three cars. One car can park in the garage, with one car in the driveway. The third car may park in any open, unassigned parking place located between each home. There is no on-street parking in Wild Dunes.
Beach Chairs and Umbrella: The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October). These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.

No smoking Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM. Stairs to access 1 of 2 levels. Hyatt Hotels will occasionally host outdoor events, conferences, and weddings in the Grand Pavilion. A schedule is not published, and all events are managed by Hyatt. There is a noise ordinance in effect weekdays until 10 PM and weekends to 11 PM.

A group of 9 ladies went for the Charleston Open. Our only complaint is that we had to leave to come home! The condo was perfect for our group! Would love to stay again when we go back to the area! The hosts were great with communication and recommendations for restaurants and things to do!
