Die Wohnung war sehr schön, die Aussicht perfekt, ein weiter Blick übers Meer. Man hörte aber die Straße und bei Sturm rappelte es am Dach. In der Nebensaison war es für uns in Ordnung und wir würden sie auch wieder buchen

Ubicación y vistas de lujo. Es verdad q todas las estancias tienen unas vistas espectaculares, pero el piso, principalmente la cocina se nota q está poco cuidada. No tiene lavavajillas, hay 4 platos hondos y 6 platos planos y no tenía ni secador de pelo.En la terraza no hay tumbonas como figura en la foto.

A destacar, la excelente ubicación, tranquilidad y las preciosas vistas desde la terraza. Apartamento muy cuidado, equipado con todo lo necesarío. Dispone de piscina, garaje, pistas de pádel y baloncesto. Al lado de la playa. Limpieza un diez. Y un agradecimiento a la increíble atención por parte de la anfitriona Amparo y de Esther y Zulema que se preocuparon de mostrarnos las instalaciones y hacernos sentir como en casa. Uma moderna opção na Illa de Arousa

De modo geral a estadia foi excelente. Muito bem localizado em um condomínio moderno e bem desenhado. Os únicos pormenores são o anúncio do ar condicionado, que não existe e a falta de alguns utensílios, Porém, existem ventiladores e, em conjunto com o uso inteligente das persianas, não se torna um problema. Voltaremos!

No, dos ventiladores no es Aire Acondicionado

El apartamento está muy bien, aunque calificarlo de lujo quizás es excesivo (había platitos de café, pero no tacitas, por ejemplo) Eso sí, muy limpio (gracias, Ester), bien situado, con vistas muy bonitas y un entorno y unas instalaciones (piscina, etc.) estupendas. Eso sí es de lujo. Pero la verdad, sentirte engañado porque tanto por filtros de Vrbo como características del apartamento ponga que hay A/A y luego no es cierto, hay dos tristes ventiladores, pues la verdad, es muy decepcionante y te condiciona todo. Sobretodo cuando a las tardes el sol pega en todas las vidrieras y no se puede estar de calor. Vamos, que después de comer te veías obligado a salir de ahí hasta la puesta de sol. Eso sí, a partir de las 2100 abrías todo y en poco tiempo tenías buena temperatura y se dormía super bien. Pero no puedes engañar de esta manera por mucho que luego me digas que en las fotos se ven ventiladores.

Excelentes vistas al mar.

El apartamento a mí me ha parecido excelente, sobre todo por las vistas maravillosas al mar con unos ventanales super amplios que te permiten ver el mar desde cualquier punto de la casa, el apartamento es muy amplio y no le falta de nada. Una estancia maravillosa. La isla de Arousa es magnífica si quieres naturaleza y buenos alimentos. Lo recomiendo.

VACACIONES EN ILLA DE AROUSA

Es un ático bonito y muy luminoso, con unas vistas hacia el mar muy bonitas y ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, que es ideal para el descanso. Estuvimos bien y muy cómodos, lo único que se notaba un poco de calor cuando volvíamos por la tarde-noche, pero al abrir los ventanales refrescaba rápido, y no había problema. La Illa de Arousa es muy bonita y te permite hacer muchas cosas ( playa, caminar, bicicleta, deportes naúticos etc) y se está cerca de otras zonas de las Rías Baixas que se quieran visitar, por lo que es una ubicación ideal para unas vacaciones. Repetiría y recomendaría el piso y la ubicación.

Hemos pasado cuatro días en la Urbanización, con tres niños, y el piso nos gustó mucho. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en un entorno maravilloso. Totalmente recomendable.

sauna de lujo

con toda la cristalera en el lado oeste y sin persianas que impidan al sol entrar se ponía toda la casa a la temperatura de una sauna; la única forma de refrescar el ambiente es abrir los ventanales y que corra el aire pero si sales de la casa no puedes dejar todo abierto.El frigorífico no funcionaba , el circuito estaba "picado" (debido a la alta temperatura del ático?) Creo que se debería de instalar aire acondicionado.
