Amazing house, peaceful property

Everything was just as listed. The house is so beautiful and genuinely the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The property managers and very communicative, helpful, and kind. The neighborhood is very peaceful, the lake was wonderful. We hope to be back in the near future!!We

A five star place!

You never know what you’re going to get when you stay in any of these rentals but we hit the jackpot on this place. It was beautiful, well stocked, very clean and not one time did we ever need something that wasn’t there and available. We actually went the entire weekend without having to contact the owners for anything.We’ve stayed at a lot of places and that has never happened. We really enjoyed the use of the pontoon boat,that was an added treat. Fishing was awesome. Caught four 4lb bass right off the dock. Honestly, I don’t know how we could have found a better place, a more entertaining place with two of the nicest host that we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Very,very accommodating. Our thanks go out to the Fraysers for sharing their little piece of heaven with us.

Super place!

The house was extra clean and better than I hoped for. I loved the porch and water view. The best part was being able to rent their boat that was already in the water waiting for me to fish. Super great hosts who were very accommodating. We will stay here anytime we visit this area in the future.

Best vacation!

This was the nicest rental property we've ever stayed in. Everything was clean, anything you'd need was provided, and the host responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a great time taking some friends out on the pontoon boat. Town is close enough for groceries, dinner etc, but sitting out on their patio at sunset made you feel like being out in nature.

Perfect Winter Getaway

Comfortable and well maintained space in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was fully equipped for all cooking needs. Mona and David were perfect hosts, eager to make our stay perfect. A definite “do again”!

Lake House family vacation

This home was by far one of the very best I have been to with our family. We travel to Florida frequently, and also for baseball more frequently, so we have been to a good amount of VRBO homes. They had everything! Space, amenities, cleanliness. Every detail and aspect was by far top notch. Monique and Dave are the nicest people you could ever meet. So accommodating and even gave very good advice of where to find fish, which was so important for our family. Even the neighbors were friendly. A beautiful home and beautiful view. Thank you for letting us use your home. We truly appreciate it! We will be back!

Top notch hosts

The hosts were amazing for the entirety of the trip. They keep in contact during the tropical storm and brought extra supplies incase of power outage. The pontoon boat was perfect for cruising the lake. The place was well furnished and comfortable especially during the afternoon naps on the couch and recliner. Well definitely be staying here again in the future

Perfect Stay

We were very pleased with this home. It had everything we could possibly need for our week stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the boat dock had power already set up to recharge the boat batteries. The furniture was up to date and comfortable. We really enjoyed our week of fishing.

This property was just as advertised and the owners were very attentive and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised at the little touches like the throw blankets in the living room to the aluminum foil in the kitchen. House was clean, kayaks were great, and the wildlife did not disappoint. We would recommend this house to anyone planning on staying in the area!

Smile Space Studios new production in Floral City

Our company was filming a short movie in this town and most of the crew members live two hours away from the location. We desired to rent Monique & David beautiful home so our crew can have a peaceful place to crash down after a long day of hard work shorting the movie.
