PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

This unit is not facing the lake so the view is just of the town and there is a train track running along the complex with trains going by regularly. The unit is ok and the beds were clean. The management was quick to answer and help.

Condo was in fair shape, shows its age a little with dings in baseboards, dented countertop, etc but overall good. The master bed was listed as a queen; didn’t have a measuring tape but quite certain it’s a full/ double.

Nice property only downside was noise from the nearby road.
The cleaner came at 10am Sunday. We were asked to take garbage out and do dishes in the very short time frame we had before being asked to checkout. It made for a stressful stay
Good quick trip- enjoyed our stay here and the proximity to the beach!

Great little place
Location was good!! Quick walk to a beach. This building was very quiet. Nice to be able to cook and not have to bring general spices and condiments. Overall an ideal place to rent.
