Die Wohnung war für uns drei Personen gut geeignet und ausgestattet. Sie war im 1.OG und angenehm kühl trotz der Hitze draußen. Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen. Leider ist der nahegelegene Gollwitzer Strand nicht zum Baden geeignet, da das Wasser sehr flach ist.

Klein aber fein!

Relativ kleine aber sehr schöne, saubere und bestens eingerichtetete und ausgestattete Wohnung. Mit Geschmack wertig eingerichtet, Küche wie neu und bestens mit allem ausgestattet (2 Kochfelder und kleiner Ofen/Microwelle - zu Zweit kein Problem - aber für ambitionierte Hobbyköche evtl. schon). Preis-/Leistung sehr gut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Urlaub mit Hund

Wir haben uns mit unserer Hündin sehr wohl gefühlt. Lange Spaziergänge am Strand war ein muss. Das Essen in der Gaststätte "Fünf Eulen" hat gut geschmeckt. Insgesamt zur Entspannung ist Gollwitz zu empfehlen.

Ruhige Lage

Die Anlage Gollwitzer Park ist großzügig und schön gelegen. Wir hatten absolute Ruhe. Die Fewo selber ist in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders im Bad zeigte es sich an verschiedenen Stellen. (Wasserhahn defekt, ebenso die Toilettenspülung) Die Fliegengitter sollten erneuert werden, denn Risse wurden mit Pflaster repariert. Das Kinderzimmer hat viele Stellen an der Tapete und wirkt dadurch ungemütlich. usw...

Schöne Tage an der Ostsee

Gut gelegene Wohnung. Praktische und gemütliche Ausstattung. Alles super sauber. Einzig im Bad sind ein paar kleine Reparaturen notwendig, was aber die Nutzung in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt. Fahrrad Abstellraum, Spielplatz und Grillmöglichkeit vorhanden. Ich würde das Objekt wieder buchen!

Entspannte Tage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Gepflegte Wohnung auf großem Grundstück mit Spielplatz. Kein Backofen und keine Spülmaschine, eohl überlesen. Ging aber auch so. Alles sehr unkompliziert und freundliche Kommunikation. Poel war für uns sehr entspannt und schön ruhig.

Schöne Woche

Wir haben in dem Feriendomizil eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht, die Wohnung war sauber und gut gepflegt. Die gesamte Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es gab leider kein WLAN. Hat uns allerdings nicht besonders gestört. Wir haben die Abende schön mit der Spielesammlung und Spaziergänge gut verbracht und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Lediglich die Insektennetze in den Schlafzimmern könnten ausgetauscht werden, ansonsten war alles prima, die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Viele Grüße

Sehr ruhiges und naturnahes Objekt. Genau das, was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Im Bad könnten kleine Reparaturen (Toilettedeckel, Spülung, Haken) dazu beitragen, die Tage in der Unterkunft als nahezu perfekt gelten zu lassen.
