The service by the staff is outstanding. They are courteous and very helpful. It is located right near the train station and all the bus and trolley routes.

Electronic controls in the room were somewhat confusing. very modern decor, with unique carpet up the walls treatment (new to me) The room door pushed into the room, which is not normal for me. cooling unit in room worked very well. all in all, it was a good experience.

Buffet breakfast was fabulous. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a 10-minute walk from the "old town" and everything you'll need, but particularly convenient for the train in and out of Innsbruck. I would stay here again.

It is an easy tram ride from the main station followed by a 10 minute hike up to the fantastic Bergisel Tyrolean historical panorama display. This is a near-realistic depiction of the battle between the defending Tyroleans against the Napolean and Bavarian forces not to be missed when visiting Innsbruck. The adjoining museum will occupy you for at least another hour and still leave you wanting to visit more. Just down the hill is a welcoming beer garden where a hearty 'goulaschsuppe' will satisfy any hunger while a fresh 'weissbier' quenches your thirst.

Small suite was an outstanding value. Luxuriantly spacious and well designed for two people.

I was very pleased with the hotel and would recommend it to others. It was in between summer and winter seasons, so the price was very good. The location was great, and the Wifi always had a strong signal. I have two very minor complaints. One, all of the power outlets in the room were tied to the lights, i.e. when the lights were off, the power to the outlets was off. This did not allow me enough time to charge my electronics. Secondly, the water temperature in the shower fluctuated so I had to contantly adjust to try to maintain the correct temperature. A five star hotel should not have these issues.

I stayed at this hotel a few years back and had a great experience. It was recommended by a doctor at the university hospital where I was doing some work. I booked a night on this trip and everything was top notch as usual. I was planning to ski with some friends in Switzerland after this visit and plans changed so I decided to stay another two nights in Innsbruck. The hotel was sold out on one of the nights but they kept trying and finally found a room. Everyone was extremely nice. The breakfast is awesome. The bartender is fabulous. The hotel is right across the street from the train station making it very convenient. It's a quick walk into the old city for wandering around and interesting restaurants. The ski bus picks you up and drops you off right in front of the hotel.

Would stay there again. Great location when visiting Innsnbruck.

This hotel has a great location (very close to train station), and the hotel physical infrastructure is great. And the staff is very helpful and friendly. However, many of the amenities are sub-par. The internet is non-functional in the rooms. The sauna is open for very short hours, and the breakfast is only average. Given the price and image, I can only rate the value of this hotel as average for the price. But the hotel location is very convenient. if you want to use it as a base for regional travel or the ski-bus. Only 10 minute walk to center of town.

Very nice hotel. Exceptionally convenient location within easy walking distance (through parking garage) to the train station. Also close to downtown. Friendly staff. Only complaint was that the WiFi only worked a short while. Asked for help to get connected again and they denied there was any problem. We were able to connect next night in another hotel on our trip, so problem was not our own laptops.
