Just OK. Below Average in our opinion. Bed comfortable. Carpet a bit Sticky and Stained. Should be replaced.Bathroom not very good. Had to wipe some junk off Lavatory Top that had fell from a small hole on the wall above. No drinking cups in Room, but was able to get some at Check-in desk. Breakfast was above average. They had a Guy there cooking Bacon and Eggs as per individual order. That was above what was expected. Overall it is OK for a Place to get some sleep and hit the road again
Nothing expensive room that sucks
I like the suites in the fantasy part they are nice and clean and the hot tub is large
Old rundown. Rooms smelt like mold. We paid $20 extra so we could check in early-bed linens were in a heap on one of the chairs, pillows were on the floor. There were no towels. There were dead crickets on the floor. We left to go to the convention center, figuring it would be clean when we got back. Nope still the same. My boyfriend went to the front desk and told them. They argued with him and finally gave us another room. It was a bet
The room stank. It smelled like paint and something else. It was nasty. And the TV reception was aweful.
The room was very run down and shabby. There were all kinds of holes in the plain curtains and a worn spot in the carpet. It looked like it hadn't been updated in YEARS! The bathroom was run down too. There were hardly any T.V. stations. When I tried to make a waffle for breakfast the waffle iron wasn't ready to go. I guess they spent all there money on the suites and neglected the standard rooms.f
I picked this hotel because it was the closest during a terrible thunderstorm. I usually stay at 3.5 - 4 star hotels so my outlook may be jaded. Room smelled funny like they used something to cover up smoke smell. Moved a nightstand to get to the outlet for my phone and carpet was covered in dirt and pulling up from the floor. Otherwise it looks like maids do what they can with what they have. Only plus was check in staff - she was very friendly and helpful and rates a 5 out of 5. Would not stay here again.
Soap wrappers in the bathroom. Tub pop up not attached to drain. Looked like blood on bathroom door
Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Non-suite rooms were outdated. Breakfast in the morning was nice :)
I stayed The room was very dated, the beds were clean The hallways smell like Musk,it took my breath away....Really!!!

I apologize for your stay. We have been doing a lot of updating. Hope to see you in the near future.
Thank you for sharing your experience, Howard. We are diligently trying to rectify some of the issues, along the lines of what you mentioned, we have had because of COVID-19, as it has been kind of hard to get and/or retain help. We are on the road to recovery, however. Thank you again and look forward to seeing you soon.
