Overall the house looked nice inside. Budget friendly. Modern inside. However, a few safety concerns. Like the subfloor in the stairs you can tell it’s broken underneath, and holes underneath in other areas. But you have carpet and pad covering it. Tile in the master bedroom needs to be revisited my husband got cut from the edge. Lots of smoke detectors laying around. Also the house was generally clean but shower curtains were clearly missed, never been cleaned inside. Including all rugs in the bathrooms. Exterior of home there is debris like bricks and trash in the back. Plus major pot holes when driving in the back to park because you can’t park in the front. It’s like riding a bull on that road. There are random people parking in the front lawn. The neighborhood is definitely not desirable. 20min out from a decent store like Walmart. When I arrived to check in they gave me the wrong address after me trying to get in it was later discovered they were wrong. I also saw a roach crawling on my cut lemon. I have photos. This place has so much potential. The idea is there but needs some work to be done and not the best area. But budget friendly. Beds are nice.
