My room had no refrigerator but I noticed that it was by request but ok. Then I recognize a funny smell like still water or mildew in the room that was undeniable upon entering the room. And lastly the hotel only serves waffles....no hot breakfast from this brand or for this price was just disappointing.

Overall the property was in good condition but one of our rooms smelled of mold and mildew. The tried to put us in another room but someone had been smoking in it. The next room that they tried to put us in had a little less of a mold and mildew smell but we decided to stay in the first room because they put a machine in it that got rid of the smell to the point that it was barely noticeable. That smell was the only problem that I had with the hotel.

Staff was very accommodating during a very long day I had at the property. Darcie in particular. It’s the staff that really made the difference.

It was ok. They could work on having the room cleaner. Some of the staff is friendly and some are not. Other than that it was a good stay.

Not as close to the airport as I assumed- a 15 min drive. Carpet needs a deep clean or replaced. My room next to the ice maker meaning I was awakened about every hour from someone getting ice. Staff was pleasant and free shuttle was appreciated

We needed to stay while moving to Indianapolis from Portland,Or The staff was very friendly especially to our two small dogs

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. From the floors in the common areas, to the room and shower feel- I would never stay again regardless of the price. I called 3 separate hotels trying to find other accommodations after spending. 5 mins in the room.

The room was clean and the sheets were fine. The heat-a/c unit didn't seem to function properly, or a least efficiently. Also the breakfast offered no hot food besides waffles. No hot eggs or bacon, etc. All carbs with yogurt and cream cheese. That was pretty disappointing

Nice room. Clean and in good area. Check in staff was not helpful. Figured out where I had too park and go on my own.

Very quiet and comfortable. Good size rooms. Conveniently located close to the airport and not too far from downtown. But the parking lot should be repaved there are way too many potholes.

Cause for concern way to much traffic individuals checking in and using the facilities as a base to push/sell drugs ie: sling dope plus prostitutes working the parking lot
