I arrived after midnight - having called about 30 minutes before arriving to make sure my room was still available - when I arrived the front desk clerk - wearing slides, a hoody pulled tight over his head, and sweatpants - had to go knock on doors to make sure a room was available - then he went upstairs with sheets to make the room ready - needless to say the room wasn't cleaned AT ALL. He didn't even have a top sheet for the bed, and then the comforter was helter-skelter. Good news - I did get the room for free - ONLY reason I stayed and sucked it up. Didn't sleep under the covers once. Didn't sit on the toilet seat once, and chose to do work in my car rather than spend any more time than needed in this space. Very unprofessional presentation. At least the guy (who said he was in his first week on night shift) knew there had been major screw-ups so he didn't charge me. Yuck, yuck, and more yuck. Won't ever try to save a buck again - total flop.

I was originally scheduled to stay from June 26th until July 4th, but I checked out early because of the poor cleanliness. When I checked out a few days early, they jacked up my daily rate, by 57%. I had another trip booked with them from July 7 thru July 19th, but I canceled that. The front desk staff was pleasant but never corrected the issue with the daily cleaning.

Old facilities heater was old, sink was not cleaned.

They refused to check my bag for a few hours before I could check in. Their idea of breakfast was a cup of coffee and a packaged muffin.

No in-room coffee? A "breakfast" cart with coffee, instant oatmeal and pop-tarts? Know what you're getting before you book.

Nice hotel and conveniently located. Hotel staff are very welcoming. Room is nicely decorated and the bed is comfortable. Will definitely stay here again

Quilt had foot prints on it, didn’t have a maid come during our Thursday through Sunday stay, had a kitchen but needed to ask for plates and utensils. Staff was nice. Room was okay otherwise. Room was quiet. Good black out curtains

Very slow checkin and no receipt available on checkout. Poor offerings for breakfast.

I never saw a room because even though I prepaid for my room AND called to let the front desk know I came in after midnight, they gave my room to someone else.

Check in was a disaster. The room was clean but there was a roach crawling across the wall. Upon checkout the hotel charged my debit card for the room so I essentially paid for the room twice. When I called to talk to someone about it the front desk receptionist was very rude and nasty with me.

Was an older hotel, had to use the bathroom while checking in and was refused.
