This property needs to be de-listed. Property manager is irresponsible and never sent check-in information, communicated or responded to multiple attempts by myself or VRBO staff. Had to wait until check-in time to cancel and be eligible for refund. VRBO staff handled the process professionally despite the unprofessionalism of the property manager.

It was a nightmare and vrbo did nothing to rectify the situation or compensate me for the huge inconvenience as I was already 8 hours from home.
