Location was ideal as we were about 1/2 mile from public access to ocean, an Aldi’s and a WalMart. About 1/2 mi in other direction was a Publix and Beall’s and other shopping. There were restaurants within walking distance and about 1 mile to restaurants in Melbourne. Unit was clean with plenty of towels, paper products and trash bags to accommodate a 4 week stay. View of small pond and the swimming pool from our deck. Although comfortable, the unit could use some TLC. All 4 chairs around table were wobbly, living room blinds had missing slats and were difficult to operate and the sliding glass door was extremely hard to open and close…minor repairs could take care of that. I will say I have been on more comfortable couches and there was no extra chair other than the wobbly kitchen ones. Beds are low to ground and mattress in the master bedroom was much too soft to our liking. It was relatively quiet. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider rebooking especially if they address some of the maintenance issues!
