The hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. Because it is in the small town of Imola, the dining options are limited. It was easy to catch a taxi to and from the railway station, but Uber did not work. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

The cleaning was outstanding!! The breakfast was not bad. The staff was good unless you had an issue, then not so nice. I was unaware you had to ask for a non smoking floor. Have asthma and had an attack to change rooms around 2 am, the staff was unhappy. On the same smoking floor. Was terrible experience!! Now I know too late.

Very good stay!

The room space is extremely tight, but very clean. The breakfast is excellent, one of the best we had in general in Italy! Overall a very good stay.

Great Hotel

I really like this hotel, the staff are exceptionally friendly and speak fluent English and overall the hotel has a really nice feel. I've stayed a couple of times as a stop over and would highly recommend. Parking is in a secure car park accessed via a barrier. The hotel is also pet friendly and has a great breakfast. Would be nice to have cups in the room instead of paper cups though! This is a really nice 3 star hotel and deserves a 5 star review. Grazie

Great, modern hotel.

Just perfect. On a road trip from Greece to the UK so looked for overnight accommodation on route. No idea about other Euro hotels but this was spotless, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was a good size with a shower and bathtub. Lots of little extras in the room, toiletries, kettle with tea/ coffee and mini bar/ fridge. Breakfast was included in the very reasonable price. Overall the best overnight hotel we encountered on our travels. Lots of restaurants a stone throw away too. Staff were polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

Good value, easy to find

Late evening arrival, easy to find off A14. staff really helpful in booking a table at nearby restaurant and giving directions. All you would expect for a layover stay, good value on a Friday night.
