Melia's House - Ideal vacation by the nature and the sea

The house (60 m2) is located 300 m from the sea, 6 km from the town of Ierapetra and 3 km from the village Koutsounari, in a large green farm (9000 m2) full of olives, fruitful and ornamental trees. It offers full autonomy to its occupants and boasts excellent sea and garden views. By walking for 6-7 minutes you arrive at the Katharades Beach and for 2 minutes at the 5* Hotel Ostria. My place is ideal for a quiet, pleasant and enjoyable holiday away from the rhythm of the city.

It consists of a spacious living room with an open and well-equipped kitchen, a large bedroom, another utility room with a desk and a WC with a shower. It also has a large covered veranda (40 m2) with a dining and a seating area. The home is constructed with natural materials and decorated with fun and passion so that every visitor enjoys a calm and relaxing stay.

Regarding the appliances, the house is equipped with internet broadcasting sockets, portable meteorological station, air-conditions, television with satellite receiver, an alarm clock which is also a radio and an MP3 player, Bluetooth speakers, fridge with freezer, oil heater, oven with stove, steam cooker, toaster, sandwich maker, filter coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, electric coffee maker, electric cooker, water kettle, beer tender, egg cooker, mixer, hand mixer, blender, hairdryer, ironer and ironing board, mini washing machine, dehumidifier, ionizer and dryer, tablet, screen, a printer with copier and scanner.

Netflix is included, as well as cable and satellite television.

Also, the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, utensils, and materials needed for cooking.

There are a lot of board games, card games, books and DVDs for both adults and children.

Lastly, there is a first aid kit, insect repellants, fire extinguisher, indoor and outdoor security lighting, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, security locks as well as a safe with a lock, security sockets with USB ports, guard railings (both on the climbing stairs and across the terrace).

During your stay, you will be given a detailed guide of the location with numerous proposals for activities, nearby trips, attractions, and stores you can visit.

For those who do not have a means of transport within 3 minutes, there is a bus stop and a taxi rank.
