The architecture of the house is typically Cretan, very bright, enriched by arches and pastel colors. The property is surrounded by an olive grove and all our apartments have a balcony with a sea view. The nearest beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Inside the structure there is also a large patio where you can read or simply relax having a coffee from our espresso machine, available to all our guests.

Wir waren Ende September 2017 hier und wussten nicht, was uns erwarten wird. Die Appartements waren überraschend neu. Sie sind tiptop sauber (für Griechenland nicht immer selbstverständlich) und haben alle nötigen Utensilien, um sich dort zu versorgen. Die Anlage ist schön und Natur rundum. Es ist sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeber nett und unaufdringlich. Einige Appartements sind recht nah beieinander, so dass man dort schon die Nachbarn etwas hört. Der Ort Ferma ist sehr ruhig, viele Häuser sind verlassen. Aber die Strände direkt vor der Tür sind wirklich schön, sauber und wenig besucht. Also etwas für Leute, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.
